This didn't work for me at all. I don't understand why the author/publisher decided to combine a book of the Chicago World Fair with an account of the murder spree of H.H. Holmes. Yes, both events happened at the same time and in the same place, but the two accounts really didn't complement each other. Overall I did like the H.H. Holmes portions better, because I was more interested in it.
