I really enjoyed reading this book. The author has a good way of explaining things along with lots of warstories and funny anecdotes. He totally got me, when he used 2001: A space odyssey as a reference for good and bad communication. Although I never had projects before, where I had to start from the vision it was still interesting to read. And especially the later chapters about leadership and the project phases included lots of useful ideas. Overall a highly suggested read for new project managers and aspirants. Might also be good for people under a manager though.
