I loved this book! It’s a short and easy to read story about a very cool character, Doric. You can clearly see her character development and although her life is defined by some dramatic events, it’s a cozy and wholesome story about self-improvement and self-confidence. It’s a nice story by itself, but after watching the movie Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, I appreciate this book on Doric’s backstory even more!
