German Review on GosuReviews You loved the TV-show Firefly? Then this is a book you should definitely give a try. It has many parallels to the show, but is still different enough to be interesting. It's not SciFi, but Steampunk. Even though I am not a fan of this genre I really enjoyed this world. It reminded me so much of an old PC-game "Crimson Skies", where there are also a lot of zeppelins, pirates and bounty hunters and this book is equally entertaining. A fast paced and action packed book, good fun to read.

My brand of humor, a rag-tag band of misfits, morally gray characters, steampunk and sky-piracy. Amazing, strong and interesting female characters. All boxes checked. LOVED it and immediately ordered the other 3 books of the series. THE perfect book to finish my reading-challenge goal of 2023.
