I really enjoyed this until around the half-way point. After the "encounter" things were still fine for a bit, but then it somehow lost my interest and became tedious, which is a shame because the setup was all there and the writing started out quite enjoyable. The perspectives of the cielo and the administrator didn't really work well for me because the last third felt like it was mostly going through the motions towards an inevitable conclusion without being interesting
