I bought this book because I thought it looked cute. Then I found out it is the first part of a series. As you might have gathered… I love book series with all my heart so I gave it a shot. Sadly, I have to say it was very underwhelming. Kinda hard to read and at some points just plain boring. The dirty talk was very weird in my opinion😬 I didn’t like it at all, made me uncomfortable even. It took a while to get into the story and I was happy when they were finally admitting their feelings for each other. All in all I still liked the characters and their relationship. I just didn’t click with the way it was written. 🐶
