Der zweite Teil der Serie hat mich leider nicht ganz so vom Sockel gehauen, wie der erste. Ich hab lang überlegt wieso, denn eigentlich hat das Buch alles. Eine spannende und actionreiche Geschichte, eine tolle Liebesgeschichte, eine komplexe und vielschichtige Welt. Aber es war von allem ein Müh zu viel. Zu viele Sexszenen (dass ich sowas mal sagen werde…) und zu viel Action. Ein Kampf nach dem anderen. Zwischendurch mal ein bisschen lauten Sex, damit ihn auch alle Mitreisenden mitkriegen, ein bisschen Heilung, viel Schlaf und ab ins nächste Gemetzel. Zwischenmenschlich und politisch ist mir zu wenig passiert. Aber dennoch ist das Buch gut und ich konnte es kaum aus der Hand legen. Also gibts 3,5 Sterne und ich hoffe aufs große Finale :)

This was the most exhausting book I’ve ever read. Just the same thing happening over and over again. Loved the first one but STRUGGLED through this one. This made me wish i was the type of person to just stop reading books i don’t like. But i‘m not, so i read it. Unfortunately hated it.

VERY PASSIONATE YES TO EVERYTHING IN THAT BOOK. This is a fucking fantastic series and I need everyone to read it. Without a doubt one of my favorite fantasy series as of now. Cat and Griffin are disgustingly cute and I can’t stop giggling and blushing at their interactions. And all the politics and actions we have going on? I’m beyond stressed, but madly invested. It’s written so good, unbelievable. There isn’t a single thing I would change. Going to read the grand finale now. Nevermind going to bed early. I NEED ANSWERS AND RESULTS. 5
