You know I love Melissa Hill mainly because you always feel good after you finish one of her books. This story was the same. Its starts off Abby is devastated because her long term boyfriend Kieran has dumped her. Her friend Erin tries to get her to go on holiday with her and another friend to Dubai for some girly time but Abby doesn't want to, she is too busy wallowing and now really late for work. As she is rushing out the door for work, she walks under a ladder and is hit on the head by a slate falling off a roof giving Abby a severe head injury and her memory is affected. I really liked the is story. It was a bit of a feel good everything works out in the end which I know Melissa Hill is about. That's why I love them. Its nice to read about someone having a hard time with life, they get a second chance and everything goes well for them. It'd be nice if life was like that too! I love Melissa Hills writing, it simplistic but at the same time any book I've read by her is a page turner that keeps you going till the very end. I love her characters and the fact her stories center around Dublin I love just as much. What something that will keep you engrossed till the very end? What a chick/lit feel good story with a few twists and turn then I thoroughly recommend this one!
