Also ich hab das buch für die Schule gelesen, aber es war eigentlich wirklich nicht do schlecht. Ich fand das ende schon ganz gut, und habe auch so ein bißchen den sinn der geschichte verstanden. Ich fande manchmal ging es einfach nur ein bißchen hinterher, und ich war froh das das buch nicht zu lang war sodass wir das ganze buch dan auch in 2 wochen durch hatten.

I liked the book, but it was clear for me after the first objection how I‘d play out - book logic. The author critizises the jury system of america and how people influence their decisons made by their own prejudices and rassisism. It‘s as if the 8th juror needed to show the others how to think of the kid as a human with background, reasons and emotions, that they can‘t blindly believe what they‘re told and need to question what seems like facts.
