The book nicely captures the Gilmore Girls essence - at least concerning Rory's part of it. It follows the series script and with reading the dialogue I remembered the scenes from the episodes, which were nice to re-live. I did miss Lorelai, since it was Rory telling her part of the story. Really nice YA-book for Gilmore Girls fans.
