I've just finished this book and I have so many feelings. I loathed this book. I loved this book. It made me cry, it made me throw it away because I couldn't read another sentence. I did not like Caelum Quirk but I really felt him. He is probably one of the realest protagonists I've ever encountered. Would I recommend this book? I don't know. It's long, the characters are often not very likeable and it really is hard to read because it is so heart-wrenching. Am I glad I read this book? Absolutely. It was one of those books which may change my view of the world and it was so perfectly... complete, I would say. It just made sense. But you absolutely have to read the whole book to feel this way because there are so many characters and plots. One of my most challenging but also one of my most impressive reads of 2019!
