Found this book in London - didn't know anything about it or the author. Although the overall lovestory remained a little too superficial for my liking I loved the setting in Scotland and how Alice handled first her depression and then her life. It was great to see how she developed into this self-confident person and left everything that pulled her down behind. If you love royals, London, Scotland and hot Scottish pipers this book is for you!
