"In The Dark" is a gripping thriller about a little girl that goes missing and no one knows how or why, even her mother, who was there that day. This book had me turning pages long into the night as I just had to know what happened. The author did a great job of giving small subtle clues throughout the story but without giving anything away, leading to an emotional and brilliant ending! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I did feel the book dragged on a bit with some irreverent "filling" info.
