Effie is excited to be part of the community of witches protecting Brooklyn. But suddenly, life seems completely different. Wenn aus Eifersucht Freundschaft wird Zum Buch/Comic: Effie ist angekommen bei ihren Tanten. Aber über die Weihnachtsferien hat sie den Kontakt zu ihrer Freundin Berrit verloren. Am ersten Schultag lernt sie den Grund kennen, Garance aus Frankreich. Aber das ist nicht das einzige Problem das die Hexen haben. Bei einem Treffen lernt Effie viele andere Hexen aus New York kennen und bei der Althexe Sissi ist etwas ins Ungleichgewicht geraten. Können Effie und ihre Tanten das Problem lösen? Meine Meinung: Bei "Eine Stadt voller Hexen" handelt es sich bereits um dem Zeiten Teil von Witches of Brooklyn und meiner Meinung nach sollte man das erste Buch kennen, da lernt man Effie, ihre Tanten, Effies Freunde und vor allem den Grund, warum Effie nach Brooklyn kam, kennen. Ein tolles Comic mit ausdrucksstarken Bildern und einer spannenden Story. Nicht nur die Eifersucht von Effie auf Garance spielen eine Rolle, sondern auch das Gleichgewicht der Hexen. Die Story nahm zwischendurch eine interessante Wendung und hat mir einfach richtig gut gefallen. Mit solchen Grafik-Novelle werde sogar ich noch zum Fan. Ich freue mich jedenfalls schon sehr auf weitere Abenteuer mit Effie und ihren total süßen Hexentanten. Es macht einfach Spaß.
