After I bought this book I read a few pretty bad reviews but since I already had it, I wanted to give it a try. I regret it. I didn't find the letters they wrote to each other that interesting and it felt like nothing is really happening which is why I stopped reading it after around 100 pages.

No high school student would write like this to another student. Maybe to his teacher, but not to a student: May I call you Kurl? From what I've overheard in the halls and absorbed from the general atmosphere of this school, the nickname "Kurl" is used universally in addressing or referring to you, so I assume you're content enough with it. Thank you for making this book so easy to put down right at the start.
