Diese Reihe ist mit diesem Band offiziell beendet unf auch wenn ich die Reihe echt mag, bin ich zugleich froh, dass es zu Ende ist. Ich liebe die Charaktere und die Entwicklungen die sie über die Bände gemacht haben. Auch in diesem Band wurden nicht einige Sachen aufgedeckt, die leider oft ziemlich offensichtlich waren. Die ganzen Ideen, die enthalten waren, waren dafür aber wirklich gelungen. Leider fand ich das Ende auch ein bisschen zu schnell im Gegensatz zum sonstigen eher ruhigen Erzähltempo. Insgesamt kann ich die Reihe abee trotzdem empfehlen, besonders, wenn man die Tropes ,,Why choose " und ,,Reverse Harem" mag.

Endlich habe ich es geschafft. Hatte einfach nicht genug Zeit. Es war so schön und spannend. Bis zum ende. Ich hätte mir nur win etwas längeren epilog gewünscht. Mehr in der Zukunft. Trotzdem einfach schön. Jetzt lese ich noch das 7. Buch. Ist das erste Buch nur aus Sicht der Männer. 😊😍
The whole series is a 5 star series for me
I read the entire series in 4 days and although the books in themselves aren’t 5 stars the overall series definitely is. I am absolutely obsessed with all the characters and it hurts me deeply that I completed the series now. I will keep them all in my heart (especially Nox 🫣) and I neeeed to have some more of their future 😭
Guter Abschluss der Reihe
Ich habe etwas länger gebraucht um dieses Buch zu beenden. Wirklich Spaß gemacht und spannend wurde es für mich erst ab der Mitte des Buches. Es gab auch einen spannenderen Plot noch zum Ende hin, aber wirklich überraschend war das Ende jetzt nicht. Insgesamt hat mir auch bei manchen Nebencharakteren ein Ende gefehlt. Die sind einfach verschwunden und da hätte ich doch auch gerne eine Abschluss zu gehabt. Insgesamt ist das Buch aber ganz schlüssig geschrieben und die FMC geht auch nicht mehr alle paar Seiten duschen.
Okay so i am at the end of… everything. What am i going to do now? Seriously all the cliffhangers at the ends were literally my end! I cried so much i had to take a break or two and now? Now i am finished!? All these plot twists and tables that turned into am… seriously not going to get over this series… i recommend it a lot… There is a bit of frustration here and there… There is trauma… There is sadness Action, gore and not to forget the Smut that tags along with 5 partners… *Cough*
3.5 Stars This was a hard decision for me, and I did have to process everything a little bit before I write about it. But before anything else, dear J. Bree, your writing has improved so much since Broken Bonds, it was so precious to realize this. This is the only series I have read from J. Bree so far and I am eyeing her other works too, but I cannot say anything comparing her older works with this one. Now, even after thinking about it for a while, I cannot say that this book disappointed me or that I loved it. It is something in between. I expected a big "bossfight" at the end, something huge happening that would overshadow everything that happened before. But I honestly didn't think that the things that happened in this were that big of a deal. They were closure, but not more than this. The one thing above everything else that makes me love this series so much, is the character development not only of the MC, but her LIs too. I don't agree entirely with everything Nox related (I thought he needed a bit more than what he got of development, the same thing with North), but I ultimately loved the Character Arcs and how they all fit into their group of bonded. That is the thing that made the choice very hard for me between 3.5 and 4 stars.
I definitely liked the first 3 more. I listened to them as audio books for 3 days straight. 4 and 5 were ok but this one was a tragedy. Somehow it felt like every character was the same. The book could have been much shorter by removing all these scenes where they do mundane tasks. I was really disappointed. I listened to it and I somehow missed the final fight. This speaks volumes.
DNF I hardly dnf books but I just can’t with this, it is just not for me. The group became so overpowered, I don’t have the feeling there is an imminent danger, even if there was their plot armor is strong and they would deal with it without any problems. Therefore the series became pretty boring to me and I just can’t stand the characters interacting with each other.
North and Gryphon are still my favorites <3 The books were great but I felt like the story really dragged too long. The first 3 books were absolutely amazing, and though I also enjoyed last 3 books, the story just felt a little boring The plot with the god bonds was really cool, and I really liked that they all had there own character
