Leider auch nur ein Buch für Zwischendurch. Auch wenn ich Slowburn mag, hat es sich hier irgendwie künstlich gezogen. Das Verhalten der Chefin war oft nicht so ganz nachvollziehbar, vieles wirkte erzwungen aufs Papier gebracht. Wer explizite Szenen nicht schreiben kann, sollte das galanter lösen oder einfach lassen. Die Abschnitte waren einfach nur cringe geschrieben und haben mich den Figuren auch keinen Deut näher gebracht. Da fehlte komplett die Chemie zwischen den beiden Protas, gefühlt habe ich die ganze Romanze nicht.
