I was intrigued by the concept of This Book Kills. Starting out the pacing was done well and there were twists and turns throughout the story keeping it exciting. There was some great character development and I enjoyed reading from Jess's perspective, because of the writing style that gave her a unique voice. I had no idea who the murderer was for the first half of the book, but in the latter half it became pretty obvious due to certain dialogue and actions. And I usually never get the murderer right. When the reveal finally happened, I wasn't surprised. Overall a pretty enjoyable YA, but I like them a bit more mysterious.

Insgesamt gibt das buch ein bisschen 'a good girls guide to murder' vibes.

Amazing, twisting YA murder mystery including friendship, betrayal, unfairness and the advantages of people coming from money. Ver much recommend!!

Very nice story

I liked the story, overall it was good and very well written. There were a few scenes where I was just confused because I couldn’t really follow the trail of thoughts and I think the confrontation of the murder was a bit rushed but after all I enjoyed this read and I couldn’t put it down after I understood the characters:) It’s a book that I would definitely recommend!
