I'm a fan of bully romances/dark romances but this was horrible. While the plot is bad the characters could have saved it — but they didn't. Hailee was great but not great enough to save this sinking ship of a tragedy. I don't even know where to begin. All three Hs are tragic. Not in a good/sad way. Like in a horrible, failure way. They're just bad. The H in this book is pathetic and I'm really upset hailee ended up with someone like that when she deserved so much better. How is he gonna have sex with her 5 minutes after a video of her being sexualy assaulted is posted? Messed up. Don't get me started on the "pranks" he played on her. Bully romances are good when it's balanced out and the h fights back properly. Here she doesn't and she's weak against the H's "charms". Jason is a whole new type of POS. Pathetic and weak to go after the step sis just bc her mom is a cheater and don't get me started on the reveal of him filming a girl during sex and posting the video. Asher is... So pathetic I won't even waste my time with talking about him. Anyway let's move on. Felicity is one of THE worst bffs I've ever read and I wish hailee had dumped her annoying and traitorous ass. How are you choosing your bffs bullies over her and force her to go to their games through emotional manipulation. Makes me think she deserves the shit Jason puts her through. They're both horrible and hailee deserves better than both so it makes sense Jason and Felicity end up together. They deserve each other. Anyway. This was horrible. Want my time back.
