I recommend this to dog-lovers and Terry Pratchett fans. The Supreme Lie, while technically set in a fantasy world, reads very much like a dystopian comedic novel. It reminded me of a mixture of Don't look up and A series of unfortunate events. I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would.
