Description

Amy Wilde is tired of the idiots her glamorous flatmate Jo tries to set her up with - she'd much rather be landscaping a garden with her dog Badger at her side than trying to find the man of her dreams. That is, until she meets Leo Wolfsburg. Handsome, polite, funny, intriguing - Leo is everything Amy could want in a man. Best of all, the attraction seems mutual.
But Leo's lifestyle is a world away from her own. Private planes, charity balls, exclusive members' clubs - Amy begins to realise that her simple existence has been turned upside down. And just where is Leo's home country of Nirona, anyway? Is this all too good to be true?

I've thought about the rating for a while now. I just can't decide between 3 or 4 stars. I've definitely loved the love story between Amy and Leo. They had a sweet spark from the beginning and were a picture perfect couple. From their first meeting I thought they were cute together but I felt as if they were only talking about Amys job?! That was quite sad. I love flowering and that it was a very important part of the book/her personality but I thought that was a bit too much at certain times. The book had its other flaws as well, for example around the middle as Amy started preparing for the wedding. That part could've been shorter because for me it was a lot of unnecessary stuff. And why all of the sudden did Leo disappear? I would've loved their discussions about the wedding. I don't know, I missed Leo and a little bit of normality in Amys life. What I loved about the book was that even though Amy loved "a prince" and liked thinking about her high profile relationship she still sticks to herself, her career and she doesn't forget her family in all of this. Well you could say she didn't handle a few situations very well but it still seemed very realistic and honest.
