I like when non-fiction/self-help books have story telling imbedded into it. I felt genuine and realistic. The tips he is offering are hands one and make sense, once just need to practice it. Definitely a book that you can revisit depending on your topic you want to develop. You cannot master all at one but continue to practice having better arguments and learn to regulate your emotions.

It’s a good book if you don’t know much about this. But for me personally there was some depth missing. And sometimes it is way too simple how he explained things which is not realistic in my opinion.

highly practical and useful. Good read and useful to re-read.
