Okayyy so… I have mixed feelings abt this book tbh 😭. I liked the writing style first of all. On the one hand I liked it but on the other hand I found it kind of boring because I excepted a much more creepy story. I like the cover but maybe because of that I had different expectations of what kind of story it would be. I also liked the characters but they also kinda annoyed me like idk how to explain it😭😭. Each character was so different but like everyone had kind of motives which made a lot of them/all of them suspicious. I thought I had it all figured out when I thought Tom was Ellis' dad LMAO. The plot twist was good cause I didn’t expect that tbh. I also thought Bridget and Tom would kind of get revenge on 'each other' or something, basically that both of them had pros for marrying the other person. Even though it went into a total direction than I expected I’m still happy we got a kind of Happy End for all of them. Even though Tom and Bridget have a huge age gap I still kinda liked their relationship hahah. Spoiler: never would’ve that it was Robert (Jill’s husband aka Toms das) tho. 💀
