When Lindsay chooses a host of virgins, misfits, and former final girls to replace the slaughtered members of her original homecoming court, it's not just a fight for survival-it's a fight to become The Last Final Girl.

Da die Mitglieder ihres Homecoming Courts tot sind, wählt Lindsay neue aus einer Gruppe von Final Girls. Als ein Killer auftaucht, wird es schwierig, das letzte Final Girl zu werden. . Das ganze Buch ist im Stil eines Drehbuchs geschrieben, es gibt viel Dialog und nur recht wenige und nicht besonders ausführliche Beschreibungen der Handlungen. So fallen leider die Charaktereigenschaften der einzelnen Figuren komplett weg und es ist praktisch unmöglich, sich die Figuren vorzustellen und sich in sie hineinzuversetzen. Und weil die Charaktere reine Namen vor wörtlicher Rede bleiben, war auch die Unterscheidung extrem schwierig. Insgesamt war es schwer, der Handlung zu folgen und das gesamte Buch war äußerst anstrengend zu lesen. Die Idee für die Handlung war aber sehr interessant.
