Ich fand die idee total spannend von diesem buch. Eine Zaubererschule, ein Mord und nur 18 std zeit, um ihn zu lösen. Dafür wird jedes Kapitel aus der Sicht eines anderen Schülers erzählt und von einem anderen Autoren geschrieben. Zwischendrin gibt es dann immer eingefügte "beweisstücke". Tolles Konzept. Was mich gestört hat, war dieses manchmal gezwungene einbringen von Diversität. Ich bin ja kein Feind davon, aber wenn gefühlt jeder Figur der Geschichte einer Minderheit angehört und dieses immer wieder erläutert wird, stört es einfach den lesefluss und damit auch den spannungsbogen. Zumindest für mich. Auch das dadurch offene Ende fand ich schade. So viele Figuren, die man kennengelernt hat, aber am ende nicht weiß, was aus ihnen geworden ist. Die Geschichte hatte auf jeden Fall Potential mit einem außergewöhnlichen Konzept.
