This was quite a bit sadder than I expected, though not necessarily in a bad way. The story was very interesting. I feel like this should've been a longer series, so we could've gotten a chance to watch the MMC and the other Gargoyles make peace with their reality. The ending was fine, I just feel like I would've liked to see more, have more time to process it all. I wish the FMC would've grovelled a bit more for how she treated him in the beginning. I'm not even a fan of grovel, but she really should've apologized. And sadly, I didn't really feel a connection between them for the most part. Insta-lust, yeah, but not really romance.
