Der Geschichte fehlt ein Überbau. Die Absicht der "Bösen", den Präsidenten töten zu wollen, kommt nicht überzeugend rüber und wird auch nur selten wirklich angesprochen oder angegangen. Alles dreht sich um "kriminelle Italiener" und "gute Amerikaner". Ich habe keinen Zugang zur Geschichte gefunden, was aber auch daran gelegen haben könnte, dass ich sie als Hörbuch gehört habe und Scott Brick nicht zu meinen bevorzugten Sprechern gehört. Ein weiteres Buch aus der Serie werde ich jedenfalls nicht lesen.
