I'm noticing that I don't like how Tudor finishes her books. This is the third novel of hers I've read and I disliked the endings of all three. The story was again creepy, intriguing and made me question the plot multiple times. I had a good time and I will also read her next book.

*2.5/5 First up this is definitely a situation of "it's not you, it's me". I'm very certain that if I had read this any other time I would've enjoyed this way more. Thus I would recommend this even though I didn't like it Things I liked °the whole mystery surrounding the chalk man °how the story was constructed and switching between the two different timelines Things I disliked °once again I'm just not a fan that a lot of thriller/mystery/etc rely on shocking and gross events like self harm, sexual abuse and so and so on. I get why it's used and I know that some people read this genre to be grossed out and/or shocked. Personally I read it because the premise intrigues me and I want to know the solution. Especially in this book the descriptions of both of those topics mentioned above were just too awful for me. I skipped over multiple parts of this because I got too uncomfortble. °there was a mystery that wasn't explained at the end and you're left wondering who did it. Maybe it was implied but for me it wasn't clear enough which is why I'm left feeling unsatisfied now to the "it's completly me not you" part °even though some of the plottwists suprised me, I just didn't care much about them. I don't know how that happened or why but because of that I didn't enjoy much of the book
