Das Highlight der Trilogie!

Absolut gelungenes Finale. Super spannend, viele Plotttwists (teilweise konnte man sie erahnen), viele Emotionen. Ich konnte das Buch nicht aus der Hand legen.

Die Prison Healer Trilogy ist eine meiner neuen Lieblings-Buchreihen geworden. Vor allem auch der letzte Teil war nochmal so ein Highlight. Es gab tolle Beziehungen, nicht nur romantisch, sondern auch freundschaftlich. Einzigartige Charaktere und viele spannende Plot-Twists. Die Reihe ist mir so ans Herz gewachsen und ich bin jetzt echt etwas traurig, dass sie vorbei ist.

Just like the 2nd Book, I loved the 3rd book too!!! How the story progressed, even Kiva‘s Character development. Caldon and Cresta were my favourite characters!!! Cresta has her temper…but she got such a good friend towards Kiva…and Caldon well..you can just love him. And even love His and Cresta‘s relationship 🤭 For Jaren…damn he was so stubborn an angry for so long. But when he an Kiva finally made up and was like a reward to see them beeing sweet together even for a little. Loved the ending of the book too. And Zuleeka got what she deserved…

Ich mochte ja die ganze Reihe, aber bei Band 1 und 2 waren immer etwas zähe Stellen drin. Aber dieser Band war einfach toll! So viel Action, Entwicklung der Charaktere, Unvorhergesehenes. Ein runder, toller Abschluss!

Diese Buchreihe ist ein Meisterwerk und eine Achterbahn der Gefühle. Ich hab jede einzelne Seite verschlungen und konnte nicht aufhören, darüber nachzudenken, was als Nächstes passiert. Die Bücher sind mir so viel Liebe zum Detail geschrieben. Die Nebencharaktere sind so ein toller Beitrag zur Geschichte und ich hab jeden einzelnen davon ins Herz geschlossen. Die Story war voller guter Plottwists und es hat einfach Spaß gemacht, es zu lesen. Definitiv etwas für Leute, die Fantasy, eine starke Protagonistin, Found Family und Slow Burn lieben!

Alles, was mir bei Band Zwei gefehlt hat, gabs in Band Drei und dafür in einer Ereignisdichte, die mir fast die Löffel hat wegfliegen lassen. Ich hab’s geliebt! Nicht die tiefgründigste Geschichte, nicht die unvorhersehbarsten Plots und nicht die größte Liebesgeschichte aller Zeiten. Aber es hat Spaß gemacht mit dieser Truppe durch ihre Welt zu reisen und ein großes Abenteuer zu erleben. Quält euch durch Band Zwei, Band Drei würd euch für die Mühen belohnen!

Es hätte nicht perfekter sein können ❤️

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr gewünscht. Irgendwann hat es sich sehr schnell abgespielt und etwas gehetzt angefühlt.

Guter Abschluss

Das Buch war ein guter Abschluss der Trilogie. Es war allerdings nicht sonderlich spannend oder unvorhersehbar, aber dennoch ein rundes Ende für eine schöne Geschichte.

A worthy finale

Oh dear, this book just had no lack. It was full of Stroy, heartwrecking moments, I just loved everything about this book. ❤️ This feeling when you make mistakes and can't turn it back and you just have to continue going, I felt that for Kiva. Then this beautiful written bestie Calden you going to stick with you to everything, no matter what. Also, about Jaren understandably, he's just such a beautiful written character, you always able to understand his motives. And Cresta being a hero character at the end was so nice. And 😶 then the Villans, which makes you just want them to be gone. This book is +5 Stars indeed. I really loved the ending.

Der Abschluss einer absolut mitreißenden Trilogie, die man gelesen haben muss! Ich habe alles geliebt, jedes Buch, aber von allen dreien ist der letzte mein liebster Band geworden! Die Reihe ist magisch, fesselnd und voll mit tollen Nebencharakteren, Freundschaft, Liebe, Verrat und Herzschmerz. Und ganz viel Plot Twists!

Tolle Charaktere, tolle Wendungen, toll Geschichte, tolle Fantasieelemente, toller Schreibstil, ganz viel Liebe für diese Reihe. Ich kann sie wirklich nur empfehlen. 🫶🏻

Meh.

Boring, so damn predictable, convenient twists left and right and the ending wasn't even satisfying. Why did we have an entire book about how cruel this prison is just to keep it in place and let her sister rot and die in it? I don't have much to say about this. This was just disappointing and meh.

Besser als Buch 2, aber...

...mich konnte es nicht überzeugen. Nachdem der 2.Teil sehr lahm war, wurde alles in Teil 3 gestopft. Das hätte die Autorin echt besser aufteilen können. Alle Schwierigkeiten, die Kiva begegneten, lösten sich ohne große Mühen "von selbst": Drogenabhängigkeit, Isolation von ihren bisherigen Verbündeten, ihr abweisender Geliebter, ihre böse Schwester. Das ging mir alles zu easy-peasy... Es war nicht schlecht, aber habe ich einfach schon besser und mitreißender gelesen.

Finding your strength, betrayal, family (blood and found), desaster, forgiveness; it’s got it all.

One drama followed after the other, with lots of heartbreak and personal trauma. Most importantly, overcoming said trauma. The twist that landed us where the final instalment picks up might have been a surprise but most of the following plot lines were tried successes. Was it at times somewhat… predictable? Yeah, probably. Was I still immensely entertained and soaked it right up? You bet. Overall, there are plenty of typical tropes and turns and while I could see them miles away (without my glasses), I really really enjoyed reading the story coming to an end. If you’ve already started, it’s worth completing the series.

I know Kiva & Jaren are the main couple here, but no one can tell me that the author didn't fell in love with Caldon while writing book 2 & 3. Let's be for real here... I definitely did. And I am somewhat confused that Kiva didn't. Also: CRESTA! The woman that you are! *chefs kiss* Great conclusion to the series! Can very much recommend!

Eine meiner liebsten Buchreihen!

Super gelungenes Finale. Die ganze Reihe hat mich ab Band 1 tief in ihren Bann gezogen und ich habe alle drei Bücher direkt hintereinander weg gelesen. So gerne ich über die Charaktere schreiben würde, ich wüsste nicht wo ich anfangen und wo ich aufhören sollte. Hab sie (fast) alle geliebt!

Very good conclusion to the trilogy. I actually think it's my favorite book. I don't want to let go of the characters. A really good trilogy!!!! A new favorite book series!!!!!

The BEST! So sad it‘s over, I‘m going to miss the characters so badly!

This is now definetely one of my all time favorite book series. Holy Moly. I kid you not, I had goosebumps reading this, especially the last few pages. I guess there are some informations bordering in spoilers, so beware before reading this. Some quotes (including the dedication) "For anyone who has ever wanted to give up but chose to keep going to keep trying to keep hoping to keep surviving: This book is for us." "Everyone deserves to have someone fight for them, even - and especially - when they're unable to fight for themselves" "Life is worth living, even the parts that make us feel like wen want to die." "Small steps are still steps" :') It was a fun ride. A dramatic one. One with plot twists and one with andevnture. One with action and healing. But most of all: one of love. I love each and every character and the way they were portrayed. The way they acted and talked. Their relationships. These guys are the found family trope done right. Loved that Zuleeka wasn't bad just because of her magic. I wondered if they would do something like "she used her dark magic once and it consumed her but she came to her senses and was the sister Kiva knew all those years ago and she regrets everything." Instead, Zulee WAS evil and had bad, selfish intentions. And she had them with and without her dark magic. In the same way I love that Kiva stayed true to herself and never once used dark magic. I also really like that she was kind of a "chosen one" without being chosen per se if you know what I mean. To keep this short: a list of things I enjoyed most: - the message of hope. Holding on to it, staying, even tough the darkness is surrounding you - the writing - Cresta :D - Who did this to you - Forehead kisses :') - Caldon :D especially his friendship with Kiva (which I am inclined to say was a better relationship than the romance) - even still: THE ROMANCE - The inner workings of our MC - ACE REP?????? Rhess I love you OMG - Jaren who is a very refreshing LI between all those wannabe shadow daddies I am sad that this ended because it gave me SO MUCH joy in a time where I needed the distraction. I did not expect these books to be THAT good - but they were. They were. I guess all I can say now is this: Now, I dream :')

4 - 4,25 ⭐ Nach dem Cliffhanger von Band 2 war im Finalen Band die Spannung direkt vorhanden und man wurde in die Gewissensbisse und depressiven Stimmung von Kiva geworfen. Man fühlt mit ihrem Leid mit, aber sie muss eben mit ihren Konsequenzen leben. Besonders wenn sie das Vertrauen ihrer Liebsten maßlos missbraucht und gebrochen hat. Zu ihrer Verteidigung aber, sie war größtenteils unwissend, hatte Angst und wollte nur das Beste. Ich hätte mir auch gewünscht, dass ihre Mitmenschen nachtragender sind und sie es schwerer hat, das Vertrauen eines jeden wieder aufzubauen. Klar, kann sie nicht wirklich was für das Ausmaß ihrer Tat, aber sie hat trotzdem richtig Mist gebaut. Die Beziehung zwischen Kiva und Jaren hat dadurch erst Spannung bekommen, aber generell habe ich nie wirklich mitgefiebert. Mir war in der Reihe zu schnell die Romantik da, völling ohne Grund und Entwicklung. Am liebsten mag ich immer noch Caldon. Er ist einfach für mich der beste Charakter in diesem Buch und hat mich ein wenig an Kenji aus Shatter Me erinnert! Mir hat auch ein wenig tiefe zu Kiva's Kraft gefehlt, klar ist sie besonders aber dann auch wieder unspektakulär... Insgesamt hat es mir dennoch sehr gut gefallen, besonders die erste Hälfte des Buches :)

I loved every second of this book. After reading „The gilded cage“ I was a little bit disappointed, because it seemed to miss a plot. Now I am even more taken aback by this incredible finale! The plot is back and it comes with new characters, that captured my heart in minutes, strong old ones that develop even further and a protagonist to be reckoned with. Some of the new players were already involved in the previous books, but I was able to learn so many new things about them. They sped the book along and gave it some needed rough edges. (Don’t want to spoil the surprise) They get their own story, which is incredibly difficult to achieve in only one book, but the author made it happen and let it seem easy. The old characters I learned to love so dearly have to lick their wounds, but come back even stronger. Tipp is as usual my favorite, because he is always underestimated and just so frickin cute. I also liked Jaren even better than in the second novel. He is still his caring, loving self but has to grow with his failings. Also Caden needs a mention, because he deserves an award for the best friend ever! Kiva also develops a lot in this book - from the very rough beginning she picks herself up and put herself back together. She doesn’t give in to self pity (okay, maybe sometimes, but everybody is allowed to do that from time to time). Her relationship to Jaren grows difficult, but together they manage a mountain of problems and the tension between them is growing throughout the book. I adored it! The plot takes the reader to very different places in the carefully built fantasy world and while you only get to see smaller parts of different kingdoms, you get the idea the author had with the setting. In the end I could see the twist coming and the beginning was a bit fast for my taste. I couldn’t really follow the story, because everything was happening so fast. But those are only minor faults in an otherwise great book.

*4,5 Stars* What a great conclusioin to this awesome series! The first book - The Prison Healer - was an absolute highlight for me - it was seriously sooo good and had me shouting out loud with all the plot twists and aweful cliffhanger... book 2 - The Gilded Cage - was a little disappointing for me and therefore I wasn't as hyped for book 3 anymore. That being said, I was proven wrong and highly enjoyed it! Lynette Noni's writing was amazing and I loved that we ventured outside the palace/city and Zalindov itself to discover other places on the continent - I loved to read about the other kingdoms and their rulers a lot, seeing how different each of them are. I have to mention the characters because ohhh boy, do I love them - Lynette creates such beautiful and unique characters that you cannot help but fall in love with... (almost) all of them, seriously! I mentioned this in my review for book 2 already but I have to say it again... I absolutely ADORED Caldon, I think he's my favourite character of the entire series... we definitely need a book about him and a certain other person

Das Buch hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Für mich war es ein gelungener Abschluss der Reihe. Die Charaktere haben mir sehr gut gefallen und ich habe ihre Geschichte über die einzelnen Bände gerne verfolgt. Sie alle machen eine Entwicklung durch, die positiv und gleichzeitig authentisch war. Ich kann die Reihe insgesamt absolut empfehlen.

i don‘t think i‘ve ever read a series with so many plottwists included, THEY KEPT COMING AND COMING it was stressing me out but that‘s what made these books so amazing!! Jaren and Caldon>> also, found family trope<3, a great ending to this series 4,5⭐️

I loved this series and this book was so so great too. While I was mostly happy with this ending I personally think that one aspect was extremely unnecessary
