Dnf at 21% I was so so so disappointed lmao My least favorite trope in RH is when we have a first big group of guys, 5 is a big number when it's the number of your significant others, and there is another/others added along the way. It really fucks with the balance and fairness of the relationship in my mind. So warning, in this book, Marcella finds out she's the mate of Darius, her brotherhood's enforcer. What's worse is she find this out when she isn't even fully linked to all the brothers, meaning 20% into this second book, she's only formed a bond with 2/5 when they've been on the run for 2 days, making the imbalance in the bonds really show. And causing unnecessary jealousy. Not to speak on the lack of world building or logic that comes with the beginning of this book or the fct that "mates" are sometihing that weren't introduced AT ALL before the moment Darius declares Marcella his mate. I usually try not to rate books I DNF so early but this one pissed me off. Disappointed. Don't recommend
