I didn't think I needed this genderswapped retelling of the Arthurian myth of Perceval as a lesbian talented knight but I did. The prose is beautiful and makes you really feel like reading an old legend full of magic. I liked how this is also about compassion and support, about growing up and finding your place in the world, about trust and power and caring.
