So this book/series is just wrong anatomy. If I remember my anatomy lessons correctly the banana, you know cucumber, the vegetable stick of a six feet well endowed god is going to end up somewhere in the lower intestines of a fruit loop opening of a five something woman. Do not get me wrong I mean it is a fantasy romance and there is like tentacle porn and stuff but the whole sex scenes could have be written by a non-active sexual person that does no know where goes what. I mean he sticks his vegetable stick in her and she comes? I mean that might be amazing: hop on a stool and come, fall onto a stick and come...basically come at any time.But sticking vegetable somewhere and making a fruit salat with someone normally requires a little more spice and activity of peeling and seasoning. Until here I spent like 10 lines on the vegetables of the protagonists but what about the rest of the vegetable garden, the story? Let´s just say it was as boring as Brussel sprouts. It bored the life out of me and at times I was ready to quit but it was the end of the series. And there is a saying to finish everything on your plate so I gave it my all and thank god it is over. So eat your veggies but somewhere else!
Reborn by @Jaymin Eve This was the last part of the Shadow Beast Shifters Series, well we do have three more standalones in this world which I am super excited to dive into. But here the story for Mera and Shadow ends. And let me tell you THIS WAS A FUCKING RIDE. What I thought it being a little smutty, fantasy and easy read turned out to be this complex, funny and steaming hot triology. I just couldn’t stop reading. This is so underrated and I don’t have a big audience here but I wish I would see more if this series here. 5/5 stars!
