Beautiful. Perfect. Dead.
In the peaceful seaside town of Cape Bonita, wicked secrets and lies are hidden just beneath the surface. But all it takes is one tragedy for them to be exposed.
The most popular girls in school are turning up dead, and Penelope Malone is terrified she's next. All the victims so far have been linked to Penelope―and to a boy from her physics class. The one she's never really noticed before, with the rumored dark past and a brooding stare that cuts right through her.
There's something he isn't telling her. But there's something she's not telling him, either.
Everyone has secrets, and theirs might get them killed.

Since I am obviously on a thriller ride, I went through my audible library and listend to this book, unaware that it is more targeted for probably young adults. Which is no issue at all, just wasn’t prepared for it when I started it. My own fault really. The mystery of the story was pretty good, the chapters written out of the murderers perspective well crafted, my only pet peeve really being the 0815 relationship that was so stereotypical, it made me cringe, even tho I technically liked the characters. It was just way too: oh,here is the mysteries boy we never talked to before, but now I realize he is actually kinda hot. Not quite my vibe to be quite honest. I did however at some point suspect everyone, so the “who did it” part did hold up for me. And hey, Penny was actually aware, that she was not the best person in the world, which I can always appreciate.
