So far I have enjoyed every book I have read by Mandy Baggot, so I have been looking forward to another of her Christmas stories. I started easily into the book and its story. I really liked the described atmosphere of Notting Hill and the area where Isla is living with her younger sister Hannah. It was charming, wintery and festive. I also liked like Isla and Hannah. They were nice girls which were very engaged in their community of Notting Hill. Chase and his daughters were equally likeable, especially Maddie was really cute. The first half had a few lenghty bits though but the second half was very enjoyable, when the romance kicked in and Isla and Chase connected more and more. There were some very very romantic scenes which I enjoyed a lot. The writing style was catchy and very enjoyable to read and I shouldn't wait too long to read another book by the author.
