Omg, this was wholesome! I loved this story so very very much. Once upon a kiss is such a lovely romance. The author did an amazing job on this one. It’s a little bit like Honor (book 3. of the Skyridge Hotshots Series) was, only reverse. The single dad trope was done sooooo good. The whole story was very believable. The MCs are amazingly written, the story arch is, too. I loved the development the characters made. Especially Lou but Zach as well. I like the build up of tension in the story, and how everything around Zachs ex was told. This is just excellent storytelling! The showdown was so on point. I liked especially the aspects of family bonds and how a family can make everything work out in the end, if they just stick together and work and talk through it. I loved that message, that sometimes we just need our family to remind us, what’s truly worth fighting for. For me it’s 5/5 ⭐️ - if you like a heart warming romance: this is it, can’t recommend it more! But beware this actually quite spicy and kinky as well. Please read the trigger warnings.
