Ein ungewöhnlicher Blick hinter die Kulissen in Nordkorea. Doch obwohl Michael Palin wohl schon deutlich mehr Zugang bekommen hat als die meisten anderen (wenigen) Besucher bleibt irgendwie das ungute Gefühl, dass für ihn Theater gespielt wurde. Das reflektiert er auch selbst und ist sich nicht sicher, wie belastbar einige seiner Einblicke wirklich sind. Trotzdem: Man erfährt einiges über das aktuelle Nordkorea und das auf eine sehr unterhaltsame Art und Weise.
