Die Novel enthält drei Geschichten, wobei die letzteren beiden eher Kurzgeschichten enthalten und erklären, was nach dem Eislabyrinth aus der ersten Novel geschehen ist und wie Teresa ins Labyrinth kommt. Die letzte Story erzählt die Geschichte eines Cranks. Aber der eigentliche Kern der Graphic Novel ist Geschichte Nummer 1 und berichtet, was zwischen Maze Runner Teil 2 und 3 geschehen ist. Wie haben die Gladers den Zug gefunden, in dem Minho transportiert wurde? Wie ist Gally zum rechten Arm gekommen? Gibt es noch andere Labyrinthe? ... Die Novel macht viel Spaß und ist die perfekte Geschichte für ein entspanntes Wochenende!
