“Lover Boy” is the second book from “The boys from apartment 13” - Series and is really different from the first one “Pretty Boy”. “Lover Boy” follows the story of Cade and Nic - stepbrothers who can’t stand each other but started to live together, because Cade’s roommate Liam (from “Pretty Boy”) moves out and Cadence needs a new one in order to pay his rent. However, while living together, some things happen that they didn't quite expect - including falling in love…❤️🩹 This book represents not only mental health but also addresses the chronic skin disease vitiligo which the main character Nicolas has. Unlike “Pretty Boy,” “Lover Boy” is more angsty and has heavier topics and the relationship between Nic and Cade is also very, very different in comparison to Liam and Bash! 🫢 It’s a decent book but I would still recommend “Pretty Boy” more than “Lover Boy”! 🫣
