British greetings card copywriter Phoebe Chapman travels to Hollywood Hills to visit her sister, but ends up playing Cupid for her handsome neighbor Ren and his personal trainer Bel, who has a crush on Ren. While trying to orchestrate a romance between them, Phoebe realizes she's falling for Ren herself, complicating her matchmaking efforts and making her question her own love life.
Okay to be honest I don’t really know what to think of this book. It was cute but also kind of boring and unspectacular. I think a part of me is also like that because of a current loss that’s going to happen in my family soon so I haven’t been reading much and I already forgot a lot what happened in this book.. so yeah. I guess if it would’ve been another timing I maybe would’ve enjoyed it a bit more but sadly I didn’t get to. As I said, the book was cute but boring and the writing style and character building/speaking gave me like a bit of Wattpad vibes lol. It was very chaotic haha. I would’ve liked if we got more scenes for Ren and Phoebe because they didn’t even spend that much time together and suddenly they were in love?😭 like idk maybe I’m just imagining it but it was a bit fast. I really liked the hiking scene tho and when they swam in the waterfall it was very cute and wholesome. Other than that I forgot lots of things😭. Maybe I’ll try another book by the author someday but yeahhh.

OMG...
