ok. wow. first of all: what is this ending, I need mooooore. A wonderful finale for this series. It was wonderfully written, with many up and downs, never getting boring or too fast paced. And there were several moments that just had me laughing like crazy. Pacat has a way to write intimacy without making it too awkward or over the top. Well done!

911, what’s your emergency? Hello? Operator? We have a reader down, I repeat, a reader is down!!!!

He had asked himself the question in Ravenel, and now he knew the answer. A kingdom, or this."

3,5 ⭐️ On an emotional level I would rate this higher - I enjoyed the characters, their tender but intense relationship and the growth. However the plot was lacking at some major events. Mostly the question I had in multiple chapters was: how and why did Laurent even end up here? I don’t think it was really thought out completely and it felt too easy for me.
