Wow, a lot has happened in this volume. The exams for the knight club, night patrol, being taught by Lene how to be a servant, cooking and baking together, and the festival... Since Rae is saving the money for Claire, I think it’s bc of her role as a villainess? There might come a storyline where the villainess will lose it all, and so in case that happens, Rae saves up money, so that Claire will have sth at least? Just a theory, but if that’s the case... damn. Also, Rae mentioned Claire saved her. Obviously she’s talking about her life before being reincarnated, so Claire as a game character saved her indirectly. Maybe she was suicidal bc of her job, and then found the game right when it was going really bad in her life, fell in love with Claire and decided to continue living, just so she can play the game? Sth like that lol. Maybe not that far stretched. -26.10.23
