If the Fates Allow: A Short Story

A short heartwarming story. I wish Rainbow Rowell’s Fangirl would be more like this.

I should have stopped reading Rowell's books after [b:Carry On|32768522|Carry On (Simon Snow, #1)|Rainbow Rowell|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1481729252l/32768522._SX50_.jpg|43346673], which is when I started disliking her writing. However, I shelved this book because I saw her name. When I read it 1 year after its publication, I already forgot what it was even about. I just remembered that it's a Christmas-themed novella. I didn't realize it was about Covid when I started reading it. And I definitely do not want to read about the pandemic. There was no plot, and I didn't like the characters. There was no romance and since it's short story, there was no development. There's no point to this story.
