Praxisnahes Modell, aber oberflächlich und ethisch wenig reflektiert

Das Buch bietet eine spannende Perspektive darauf, wie man Nutzer durch wiederkehrende Gewohnheiten bindet. Die Konzepte sind gut erklärt und das Buch lässt sich leicht lesen - mit viele Beispielbilder. Allerdings bleibt die Analyse recht oberflächlich und fokussiert sich eigentlich nur auf digitale Apps. Der Titel jedoch spricht eine breitere Perspektive auf Produktentwicklung an. Wer eine tiefere Auseinandersetzung mit Verhaltenspsychologie und nachhaltiger Produktgestaltung sucht, könnte mehr erwarten. Dennoch eine sehr gute Einführung in das Thema Nutzerbindung.
