3.25 ⭐️ It was really interesting to read about highly sensitive people and to discover parallels to one’s own behavioural patterns. An interactive test at the end is also worth a bonus point. It was really easy to read. Short and comprehensible. But the offered information was a little basic and nothing too surprising or deep was offered to the reader. I would have wished for some more studies and deeper analysis as well as a bigger variety of solutions for the presented problems. All in all a very agreeable read on an interesting topic.
