A book about being happy funnily enough. Really its a book talking about depression, anxiety and how to cope and work through it. There are stories from different people about mental illness and how they coped or are coping with it and the methods they use. Little exercises through that get you to think about how you feel. I loved it basically because Fearne. She is lovely and I thought she made everything sound so 'normal'. It was like she had described everything going on in my head. Her mum wrote a few pages about anxiety at the beginning of the book and I basically nodded my way through the whole thing. Good book for if you want to understand a bit more about anxiety and depressiontoo.
