Heaven Leigh, my heart goes out to you. I couldn't put the book down. The story gripped me almost from the start. The characters are very well developed and you feel like you are really looking in from the side line at the life of somebody you know personally. Everybody who has read a book by Virginia Andrews gets more or less how the books play out. The story is always a little different, with a different main character in a different setting, but in my opinion the build up of the books are the same. If you like that (as I did when I read the books), this one (Casteel series) is definitely worth a read!
