Description
When Totonou goes to Hiroshima, his only goal is to finally see an art exhibit (and maybe run into his fugitive best friend). But instead, Totonou gets dragged into a battle of wits. Kariatsumari Shioji is a teenage girl who needs his help. Shioji and her cousins have been named as beneficiaries in their grandfather's will, but they'll only receive their share if they can solve a cryptic puzzle. If that wasn't enough, Shioji suspects that her cousins are willing to kill in order to win. After all, last time there was an inheritance battle in the family, a whole generation ended up getting wiped out. Can Totonou unravel the mystery before there's another bloodbath?

Der zweite Fall ist wirklich spannend, finde ich. Beim Täter hatte ich früh den richtigen Verdacht, das Warum hatte ich mir ein bisschen anders gedacht. Fand ich gut gemacht. Asaharu ist ein Arsch, arme Shioji. Toll fand ich, wie die sonst ständig wütenden, genervten und angepissten Neo und Yura Shioji zur Seite gesprungen sind, als Asaharu all diesen Mist von sich gegeben hat. Und armer Totono, er bekommt einfach keine Ruhe, was? 😅 Vom Gespräch mit dem Bombenleger mit Gedächtnisverlust direkt ins Krankenhaus und da wird es wieder mysteriös. Und nie trifft er Garo, obwohl er so drauf hofft. Und wieder richtig gute Passagen von Totono, zum Beispiel was er zu Yura und ihrem Mann über Frauen sagt. Oder über Kinder. Ich bin wirklich froh, dass ich der Reihe doch nochmal eine Chance gegeben habe. Der Zeichenstil wird mich aber wohl bis zum Schluss nicht überzeugen 😆 Aber das machen bisher die Fälle ja wett.
