Dix (Elite 8 Studios Book 1)

Buch eins der Elite 8 Studio Reihe hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Ich kannte ja schon vorher Band 6 (Felix) und hab es geliebt und war daraufhin neugierig auf den Rest. Und was soll ich sagen, ich bin nicht enttäuscht und will den Rest definitiv auch jetzt lesen. Der ganze Cast ist wie eine große Familie bei dem jeder einzelne es verdient hat seine große Liebe zu finden. Kurz zum Buch: Niko ist der neue im Gay-Porn Studio und soll Dixons Boyfriend für ein paar Szenen spielen. Nur das Dixon alias Dix etwas gegen den neuen hat, und ihm zu verstehen gibt dass er ihn nicht leiden kann. Niko weiß nicht was er falsch gemacht hat, vorallem weil bei den Szenen alles mehr als perfekt bei ihnen läuft….

This was fun! I'm totally sucked into this world Emmy Sanders has created with the Elite 8 series, and I can't wait to continue (but there are ARCs in the way...)! It's not totally deep and still I got to get a good feel for the characters. I wish there would have been a bit more emotional insight into what's changed in Dixon's mind and into their relationship dynamic - like this, it's a sloooow burn with no real focus on them as a couple. I still had a great time and while it's a slow burn storywise, it's definitely quite high paced and not boring. Also I'm super curious for Malibu's story 🥺
