Das Buch hat mir leider gar nicht gefallen. Wilderei, Jagd und Tierquälerei ist nicht so meins. Und auch finde ich es fragwürdig, sowas an Kinder weiterzugeben... Ich habe zwei Sterne vergeben, weil manchmal was lustiges passiert ist. 😸

It was through Danny The Champion of the World that, as a young child, I discovered the magic of Roald Dahl. To this day I'm still enraptured by Dahl's ability to tell a story, even if I do have to question the moral of Danny now that I'm a little older. For me, Roald Dahl will ever be the king of the storytellers and easily the author who has left the largest impression on my literary life.
