Description
They call us the men who will drive the world to its knees.
The Four Horsemen.
A pity for them really.
Prescott, West, Francis and I are done with our masks of civility.
Gods who turned on their subjects.
When you unleash death, nothing can withstand it. Everything perishes in the wake of the executioner. The only things left to show for it are ash and dust.
We had allowed our enemies to take from us for far too long. The tables had finally turned. Our woman had arrived to usher in the end.
Scarlett was the catalyst. The fuse.
The match was burning. Time was running out.
And we were about to bring war to the man who stole her from us all those years ago.
A dark contemporary retelling of the four horsemen of the apocalypse set in Sarah Bailey's Dark Universe with cliffhangers and a HEA in the final book.
This is a DARK romance and therefore comes with a content warning. Please see authors website for full details.

Welp, we finally ended the series. I kinda had fun but it was sadly getting very repetitive in this one. I didn't feel like there was more character development in this one, or even a development in the harem in itself. I think the series would've been better had it was ended within the third one. It was still fun to finally see Scarlett get her revenge and seeing the men stand by her side as she got it. But I felt like Scarlett had a total change of personality. I don't see any resemblance from Scarlett in Book One. I felt like she wasn't a survivor in Book One. Like the Scarlett that went through everything that was told in the books after was not the same Scarlett we got introduced to in the first place, and it just felt kind of odd to me. Every time something new about Scarlett's past was discovered, it didn't really clicked like 'oh so that's why she is the way is' but more like 'huh.. okay.. that's.. something.. i guess', so Scarlett's development felt really off to me. All in all, I still liked the story and the plot. The smut was fun in the beginning but it was really repetitive in this one. I had to skim most of them, because most of them were 'been there, done that'. It was really nice to see Drake's character evolve though. He had the best character development, him and West.
